The Fund is administered by an Advisory Committee currently composed of five members: Peter & Marilyn Russell, Angela Wright, Scott Coen and Steven Clark. The Selection Committee consists of the following seven members: Peter & Marilyn Russell, Angela Wright, Jason Russell, Jessica Hunt, Bob Berliner and Walter Brown. The Advisory Committee meets twice a year, in September and again in February. No Committee Member of the Fund or of any related entity, nor any member of the family of such individual, is eligible to receive any grant from the Fund. The Fund in making grants does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, sex or national or ethnic origin.
The Advisors of the Fund adhere to the mission statement and believe that these goals can best be achieved through annual grants or scholarships, initially two in number, to deserving students in order to permit them to reach higher amateur athletic goals through special programs.
