Additional confirmation letters for the applied programs with the program descriptions and fees must also be verified.

Selection: The Fund Advisors and Advisory Committee will meet by November 1st to determine the selection and number of grants to be awarded within a yearly budget of up to $2000.00. All requests are acknowledged and reviewed. Decisions are made on a rolling basis throughout the year.

No Advisor of the Fund or of any related entity, nor any member of the family of such individual, is eligible to receive any grant from the Fund. The Fund in making grants does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, or national or ethnic origin.

Presentation of Awards: A formal presentation of Awards will be made annually at an appropriate public recognition event, such as the annual Pat's Peak Boxer Short Slalom race at Pat's Peak in Henniker, NH this March. The Advisors believe that recognition of the individual's unique and admirable qualities is an important part of the overall program.

Grants can be made directly to the individuals and/or dispersed to the specific program for which the student is applying for financial aid.
